- 3 bananas ripe, mashed
- ½ cup white sugar granulated
- ½ cup brown sugar granulated
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups flour all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350° F / 180°.
Mash the bananas then add all other ingredients except flour and mix well for few minutes.
Now you may add the flour and continue mixing until all is well incorporated.
Pour the batter in a greased bread pan.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until you insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.
Let it cool inside the pan for few minutes then move onto a wire rack.
