Ingredients

  • 3 bananas ripe, mashed
  • ½ cup white sugar granulated
  • ½ cup brown sugar granulated
  • cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups flour all-purpose
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F / 180°.
  • Mash the bananas then add all other ingredients except flour and mix well for few minutes.
  • Now you may add the flour and continue mixing until all is well incorporated.
  • Pour the batter in a greased bread pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until you insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.
  • Let it cool inside the pan for few minutes then move onto a wire rack.
